The Czech court has suspended the nuclear power plant export contract between Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power and the Czech Republic, following a provisional injunction application from Electricite de France (EDF), a competitor for the bid. The Czech Office for the Protection of Competition had previously rejected EDF’s objection to the selection process.
