The company’s AICC model prioritizes ‘customer perceived quality,’ differentiating it from competitors like SK Telecom and KT. LGU+’s AICC evaluation system includes metrics such as Character Recognition Rate (CRR), consultation accuracy, response speed, and customer satisfaction. The company, which entered the AICC business in 2021, aims for sales of 35 billion won in 2025 and 300 billion won in 2028 in the AICC sector.
