A Czech court has halted the final contract signing for a new nuclear power plant construction project pursued by Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power under the Yoon Suk-yeol administration. The court ruled that if the contract was signed, Electricité de France, which objected to the bidding results, would lose the opportunity to win the public contract even if it received a favorable ruling.
