From next month, Daegu Metropolitan City in South Korea will fine individuals who do not report their housing lease contracts. Under the housing lease contract reporting system, any lease contract with a deposit exceeding 60 million won or a monthly rent of 300,000 won must be reported within 30 days of the contract date, either via a community center or the real estate transaction management system.
