The final contract for the construction of Units 5 and 6 at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant in the Czech Republic by Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power has been delayed due to an injunction filed by Electricité de France (EDF). The Brno Court in the Czech Republic has ordered a halt to the contract signing until EDF’s objection process is concluded. Despite this, experts predict that EDF will lose the administrative lawsuit, as there were no significant issues in the previous objection filed with the Czech Antimonopoly Office.
